1. What is the difference between Electronic gift card/code & Physical gift card?

Electronic giftcard/giftcode can be bought and delivered instantly in Electronic forms like SMS
or Email by any customer. While redeeming this giftcard, customer just needs to quote/flash his
voucher code received on his email or sms.

Physical giftcards are not delivered in electronic form and received as a Printed hardcopy
brand voucher. These vouchers have necessary security codes and Hologram sticker, authorized
stamp with signature etc. For redemption, Customer needs to carry the actual physical voucher
and hand it over to the brand outlet cashier/POS during billing.

2. Are there any Shipping charges involved for ordering these Giftcards?

Electronic: There will be absolutely no shipping charges for ordering electronic gift cards. For
e.g. customer has decided to purchase a voucher worth Rs. 1000. Then, the amount debited
from the customer’s bank account would be Rs. 1000.

Physical: Rs. 50 will be charged for shipping & handling for each order irrespective of multiple
voucher selection in one order. This amount will be debited while placing the order. For e.g.
customer has decided to purchase a voucher worth Rs. 1000. Then, the amount debited from
the customers bank account would be Rs.1050. Rs. 50 would be applicable for a single order
which can have a single or multiple vouchers.

3. What is the estimated delivery time?

Electronic: Delivery is instant. On successful completion of transaction the customer will
receive the voucher instantly on his mobile via SMS or on his email address.

Physical: All orders are delivered in 5 to 6 working days from the time the payment is received
and verified. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. For Special Offers &
Promotions please add 2 more working Days to the Delivery Timeline. These special offers
mean a Seasonal, Combo deals or short term promotional Giftcards.

Please note that gift vouchers of brands like Titan, Titan Eye Plus and Tanishq will be delivered within 10 working days.

4. How will the delivery be done for Physical Giftcards?

Our giftcard service providers have partnered with reputed courier companies and all orders
are delivered by them in the stipulated time period.

5. What is the validity of the Gift card purchased?

Electronic: Giftcard is valid for a period of 6 months. However, different brands and retailers, at
their discretion, may maintain the validity as per their business policy. Kindly refer brand wise
standard Terms & condition for more details available in the website.

Physical: Giftcard is valid for a period which ranges from 6 to 12 months. However, different brands and retailers, at their discretion, may maintain the validity as per their business policy.

6. These Giftcards are accepted at which all places.

All the giftcards are accepted at the respective retailers or brands outlets only, unless, specified
otherwise.

7. Do you deliver Physical Giftcards to locations outside India?

No. Giftcard can only be delivered within India.

8. How do I Cancel an Order?

Once the order is placed and processed, the same cannot be cancelled.

9. Where will the end customer contact in case the voucher is not accepted at the front end store?

Electronic: If your Electonic giftcard is not getting accepted for redemption then please send an
email to our service provider email at help@mygyftr.com or call helpline at 08510004444. In
case you are sending email then please provide the relevant transaction details as below:

  • Transaction      amount
  • Transaction      date
  • Giftcard      brand name

Physical: If your physical giftcard is not getting accepted for redemption then you can write an
email to our customer support team at csupportmr@euronetworldwide.com and you will get
a response within two working days. You need to send relevant transaction details as mentioned below:

  • Transaction      date
  • Giftcard      brand name

10. What happens if the customer receives a gift voucher of lesser amount than the actual transaction value?

If you have received a voucher of incorrect value then an email can be sent to the
customer support team at csupportmr@euronetworldwide.com and you will get a response
within two working days. You need to send relevant transaction details as mentioned below:

  • Transaction      ID
  • Transaction      amount
  • Transaction      date
  • Giftcard      brand name

11. Where do a customer contact in case I receive a soiled or torn physical giftcard?

If you have received a voucher that is soiled/torn or incorrect, an email can be sent to
the customer support team at csupportmr@euronetworldwide.com and you will get a
response within two working days. You need to send relevant transaction details as mentioned below:

  • Transaction      ID
  • Transaction      amount
  • Transaction      date
  • Giftcard      brand name

In this case Euronet will contact with Service provider for pick up of torn/soiled voucher and
replacement of fresh giftcard to the customer. This process will take additional 4 to 5 working
days for complete resolution. There will not be any kind of additional charges for this
replacement.

12. What will be the process if the customer receives wrong physical or electronic? (Example -Croma Giftcard instead of Shopperstop Giftcard)

If you have received the wrong voucher then an email can be sent to the
customer support team at csupportmr@euronetworldwide.com and you will get a response
within two working days. You need to send relevant transaction details as mentioned below:

  • Transaction      ID
  • Transaction      amount
  • Transaction      date
  • Giftcard      brand name

In this case Euronet will contact with Service provider for pick-up of wrong voucher and
replacement of fresh corrected voucher to the customer. This process will take additional 4 to
5 working days for complete resolution. There will not be any kind of additional charges for this
replacement.

13. What is the maximum amount or limit of gift voucher order is allowed in a single day?

Electronic: In a single day any customer can order up to a maximum of Rs. 5,00,000 worth of
electronic gift voucher.

Physical: In a single day any customer can order up to a maximum of Rs. 5,00,000 worth of
physical gift voucher.

14. What is the process if the customer has not received the vouchers within the specified time frame via sms or email?

If you have not received the voucher then an email can be sent to the
customer support team at csupportmr@euronetworldwide.com and you will get a response
within two working days. You need to send relevant transaction details as mentioned below:

  • Transaction      ID

  • Giftcard      brand name

15. What will be the minimum and maximum denomination of gift voucher that will be made available?

Electronic: The minimum denomination available would be INR 50 and maximum INR 10,000.
Howsoever, the list of available denomination can be seen, once you choose the brand on the
giftcard website. Some vouchers may not have denomination below Rs.500 and above Rs.5,000 available.

Physical: The minimum denomination available would be INR 100 and maximum INR 25,000.

16. Can an expired Giftcard/voucher be exchanged for a valid voucher?

No, an expired giftcard/voucher will not be exchanged.

17. Can the validity of a Giftcard/voucher be increased?

No, voucher validity will not be extended under any circumstances.

18. When does the refund happens in case of a failed transaction?

For any failed transaction, the amount will automatically get’s refunded into your bank account
with in 3 to 4 working days.

19. Are there any terms and conditions involved for any respective brand Gift vouchers?

Please refer brand details document for specific terms and conditions involved.

20. Are there any additional charges involved for ordering these gift vouchers?

There are absolutely no additional charges involved although there is a standard delivery
charge of Rs. 50 per order in case of physical gift voucher.
